The Marketing Team is part of the Communications Department. The Marketing Coordinator role is a new role focused on community engagement across Zoox social media channels and content output on Zoox owned channels. You will support the growth and optimization of social media accounts. You will play a key role in the launch of the Zoox blog on the new website. Plan and implement social media content across Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
Manage social media community engagement
Work cross-functionally to understand the company narrative and identify interesting angles for communication and content
Brief and liaise with designers to create marketing collateral and digital outputs
Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
Support the development and implementation of content plans for social and owned channels
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Measure and optimize content across social media and owned channels
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
3+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
Excellent experience in social media and community management
Strong writing and copywriting skills
Passion for exploring emerging social media and digital trends
Ability to analyze marketing data and extract insights
Enjoy working with dynamic, cross-functional teams
Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environment
Appreciation for design, user experiences, and brand identities
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
