Zoox is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Program Manager to join our growing People Experience team. In this role, you will work to develop, implement, evaluate, and scale an effective L&D program for the Zoox crew. You will partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand functional and leadership needs and develop L&D initiatives accordingly.

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative problem solver with exceptional project management skills who is eager to make an impact within a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work to design, organize, manage, and scale a comprehensive learning & development program
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with leaders and HRBPs to identify employee needs, align on goals and objectives, scope requests, and plan strategy for launch, delivery, and scale
  • Distill knowledge of modern L&D program design and execution in order to build unique, tailor-made, and scalable development solutions
  • Identify and manage vendors, platforms, and systems that can help deliver and measure training and development initiatives
  • Consistently improve on training experiences by measuring impact and seeking stakeholder feedback to determine areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a learning & development role, experience within rapidly-growing organizations preferred
  • 3+ years of program/project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA or comparable business experience preferred
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills and comfortability delivering and facilitating learning sessions for various groups and levels of leadership
  • Experience developing initiatives that are aligned with the goals and priorities of relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to run a needs analysis, to determine the most relevant learning objectives for a discrete population
